Where is Day Off Camp held? 

Camp is held at Chase Park 4701 N. Ashland Chicago IL 60640.  Please send campers dressed for both indoors & outdoors.  

 

What should my child bring to camp?

Please make sure to bring a water bottle, lunch for day camp, snack, & a change of clothes for emergency. 

 

Is lunch provided? 

No, please bring a packed lunch for your child for camp & snack for afternoon camp.
